Accordions & Collapse

A comprehensive showcase of collapsible panel systems, policy accordions, multi-target triggers, and horizontal transitions.

Default Accordions

Standard Bootstrap accordion where only one panel can remain open at a time.

Standard consultation slots are scheduled for 15-20 minutes. Patients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete any necessary intake paperwork. Please bring active insurance identification cards.

Co-payments are determined by your insurance network provider and are collected at the clinic reception desk prior to seeing the physician. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and HSA transaction channels.

Prescription refill requests require 24-48 business hours to process. Refills can only be approved for patients who have been evaluated by a primary physician within the past 6 calendar months.
Flush Accordions

Accordions without outer borders or rounded corners, ideal for rendering within compact card bodies.

Routine biochemistry blood panels and urine screenings are completed within 24 hours. Specialized pathology panels, histology biopsies, and genetic sequences require 3 to 5 business days to compile final results.

Lab reports are automatically uploaded directly to your secure Patient Portal account once authorized by the laboratory physician. Patients will receive an email notice once they become active.

All lab operations comply strictly with OSHA and CLIA quality standards. Disposable sterile tools are utilized for every single patient extraction, ensuring complete biological isolation.
Simple Card Accordions

Modern accordion style where each element is wrapped inside a separate, stand-alone card box.

Patients undergoing general anesthesia must refrain from consuming solid foods or dairy products for at least 8 hours prior to scheduling. Clear liquids (water, black coffee without sugar) are allowed up to 2 hours before.

Keep the surgical dressing clean, dry, and untouched for the first 48 hours post-op. Dressings can be swapped thereafter using sterile gauge and antibiotic ointments as prescribed.

Nausea, temporary dry throat, mild shivering, and muscle fatigue are common reactions to general anesthesia. Symptoms usually dissolve within 12-24 hours. Contact emergency hub if fever occurs.
Always Open Accordions

Accordions that allow multiple panels to remain expanded simultaneously (`data-bs-parent` omitted).

Our emergency cardiology helpline is active 24/7 at +1 (800) 555-HEART. Emergency telemetry data can be transmitted securely via portal to standby specialists.

Walk-in child screenings are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Pediatric specialists are stationed in Wing C to handle sudden child health issues.

Visiting hours for general clinics are 10:00 - 18:00 daily. Intensive care units (ICU) allow visits only for immediate family between 14:00 - 16:00, maximum 2 visitors.
Custom Accordions (Clinical Theme & Specialty Icons)

Custom clinical theme styling using background states, matching colors, and department-specific icons.

Cardiology clinic reviews include an electrocardiogram (ECG) as standard procedure. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing that allows easy placement of sensor pads. Fasting is not required unless specific stress tests are scheduled.

Please clean your mouth thoroughly before dental appointments. Refrain from taking anti-coagulants (such as aspirin) for 24 hours prior to extraction procedures to minimize bleed risks, unless advised otherwise by your primary doctor.

Electroencephalograms (EEG) measure electrical signals of the brain. Please wash your hair the night before or morning of the test, and do not use any hair oils, sprays, or gels. Avoid consuming caffeine for 8 hours prior.
