Our Story

How did we start?

Arasix didn't start with a business plan; it started with a bottleneck. Working inside an operation in Kocaeli, half of every day went to job files closed in Excel, paper receipts passed hand to hand, and meetings that ended with "it's not in the system but it's happening anyway."

That is exactly where our long-standing curiosity about software stopped being an interest and became a solution: we wrote the first module not to sell it, but to close a gap in our own operation. The difference we saw when expense and advance tracking moved from paper to a mobile screen became the starting point for everything we do today.

Then we saw the same bottleneck stand still at the company next door, at a supplier, and in entirely different sectors — on a construction site, in a technical service workshop, in an agricultural cooperative. Arasix is the name of that repetition: modular software that solves a real operational need without replacing the system already in place.

Today we build web, mobile and desktop software across nine different sectors — still with the same reflex: watch the process on site first, write code second.

Discovery & Analysis

Fixed Price Proposal

Once the scope is finalized, we prepare a fixed price and fixed schedule proposal. No surprise invoices, no scope creep. Development sprint does not start until the agreement is signed.

Sprint Development

We develop in 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, there is a working demo. We move your change requests to the next sprint — the process doesn't freeze, the project continuously grows.
