Free Student ID Photo Resizer for E-Okul

Arasix MEB Photo is a free Windows application for preparing student portraits for Türkiye’s e-Okul workflow. It detects faces, creates a suitable crop and produces 133 × 171 pixel JPEG files. You upload the prepared files to e-Okul yourself.

Installation and first use

Download and run the installer on your Windows computer.

Select a photo folder or use the camera option.

Check student details and the output folder, then start processing.

Review images where a face was not detected and adjust the crop manually if required.

Check the JPEG output and use it in the relevant e-Okul process.

Who can use it

School administration teams, student affairs staff, school photographers and teams preparing internal ID cards can use the application. Batch processing helps keep a large set of portraits at a consistent size.

Where photos are processed

Photo processing and face detection take place on the computer. Photos are not uploaded to a cloud or external server. Basic photo functions can work offline; an internet connection is used for optional update checks.

System requirements

Windows 10 version 1809 or later, or Windows 11, is required. Installation does not require an administrator password or a separate .NET installation. Images without a detected face are reported so they can be reviewed manually.
