The Cooperative Management System is a comprehensive enterprise platform developed to optimize business processes by centrally managing complex operations such as vehicle, personnel, and dispatch matching for transportation and logistics cooperatives. Thanks to this modern digital infrastructure we developed, traditionally manual logistics processes have been completely transformed into a smart, real-time traceable, and automated system.

Highlights of the Project:

1. Smart Dispatch Engine: As soon as vehicles reach their destination city, new orders in the region are analyzed by the system and automatically (or with operator approval) assigned to the most suitable vehicle and personnel, preventing time and fuel loss.
2. Live Logistics Tracking (Control Room): With a live tracking interface specifically designed for large in-office screens, vehicle locations, dispatch statuses, and order delivery stages can be monitored second by second on an interactive map.
3. Dynamic Data and Management Dashboard: To flexibly respond to the evolving needs of cooperatives, new data form fields, features, and reporting criteria can be added to the system instantly without the need for additional software development.
4. Automated Asset and Document Tracking: The validity periods of vehicle inspections, insurance policies, and mandatory personnel documents are continuously monitored by the system. Notifications are generated for expiring documents, and dispatch outputs for non-compliant records are automatically halted to ensure operational safety.
